Using the Cell Metric™ is straightforward and simple. Get accurate data in three stages: 

1. Select the microplate type and scan parameters

Place the microplate into the Cell Metric™ (no need to remove the lid).

 

Use the software to select the microplate type from the range of SBS-format cell culture plates and flasks, and select the scan parameters for cell detection, focus etc.

 

 

 

2. Scan the microplate and view the results
Results

Scan the microplate (three minutes for a fast partial scan of a 96-well microplate, under 8 minutes for a full high resolution scan). The images are analysed automatically and the cell count and other metrics for each well are displayed once the scan is complete.

 

3. Export the data for further analysis
Export

Export the numerical data in a range of formats for further analysis.
