Position Summary

We’re looking for a talented science graduate able to turn their understanding of the field into compelling content and collateral that really resonates with our audience of leading pharmaceutical and biotech industry experts and to get to grips with the data led marketing.

You’ll need to have a degree in a scientific subject, ideally in life sciences or a related field, combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a real passion for writing.

If you’d like to put your science degree to use outside the laboratory, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your marketing career with an innovative, market-leading company.

You’ll need to be a quick learner with strong IT skills, able to quickly pick up and become an expert in using platforms such as Mailchimp, Salesforce and the Adobe suite of packages to help us manage our customer-facing digital activities and drive our communication strategies. You’ll also have immaculate attention to detail, the ability to juggle many tasks and an interest in developing a good understanding of the legislation that governs the world of marketing and communications.

In return, we’ll offer you an exciting role with on-the-job training and the chance to develop your skillset and understanding of all aspects of marketing, whilst working closely in our team of highly-skilled, talented individuals in a friendly, creative environment – all striving to make a difference to the lives of patients.

You’ll have the opportunity to lead digital marketing activities, working closely with our sales team to maximise the effectiveness of our CRM and drive the production of digital and physical collateral including manuals, brochures and exhibition graphics. You’ll also be central to planning and organising worldwide conferences and trade shows, so excellent organisation and project management skills are essential, together with the ability to manage multiple demands and deliver to deadlines.

If you feel you have what it takes to play this key role within our business, then we’d love to hear from you.

To apply, please send us your CV together with a covering letter that showcases your communication skills and tells us why you’re passionate about using your science degree to pursue a marketing career, by 1st September 2020.
